Shipping policy

We currently ship within Australia only, with Australia Post.

Shipping costs

• Standard shipping: $10
• Express shipping: $15
• Free shipping on orders of $120 or more

Processing and delivery
Each order is packed by hand in Brisbane. Some items are made to order and take a little longer to send, and this is noted on the product page. Delivery times after dispatch are Australia Post’s estimates and can vary, especially in busy periods.

Tracking
Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it.

Christmas orders
Australia Post sets Christmas posting cut-off dates each year. We’ll share them on our website closer to the time, so please order early to be sure your gifts arrive in time.

Address details
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away and we’ll do our best to fix it before your order is sent.
